We aim to be able to answer most of your questions with our course FAQs below.

Q: Can an establishment outside Bury attend a course?

A: Yes, if your manager agrees to cover the costs of the course.

Q: What if a course is full?

A: You will be added to our wait list. Our commitment, wherever possible, is to re-organise a course that is over subscribed.

Q: How do I pay for a course?

A: We will contact you regarding payment when you apply for a course.

Q: Will I be charged if I don’t attend a course?

A: If cancellation is made less than 5 working days prior to the event then full costs will be incurred.
